📁Importing Your Opportunity

Start by importing any files related to the opportunity for which you are writing your proposal.

These may include documents such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and sections like Section C, Section L, Section M, among others. Ensure that at least one file contains the key requirements you intend to address in your proposal.

Step 1 - Start a new proposal

Navigate to the "My Proposals" page, and click the "Start a New Proposal" button on the right-hand side.

From there, you'll kickstart a new proposal by naming it, uploading your opportunity files, and adding any relevant win themes or differentiators to strengthen your submission!

Step 2 - Give your proposal a unique name

Name your proposal something unique and identifiable. You can always change it, later, if needed.

Step 3 - Import your opportunity

Upload any files related to your solicitation. During the proposal setup, Ensis will extract key requirements from those files. Additionally, Ensis will use the context from all uploaded documents to enhance AI-generated content during proposal authoring.

Step 4 - Provide additional strategic context

Provide any additional context to help guide Ensis in generating AI-driven content. This may include win themes, differentiators, customer details, and other relevant information.
