# Selecting Resources
## Step 1 - Review the list of Resources
For each resource imported into Ensis, you can view its file name, associated tags, date added, and a checkbox indicating whether it is 'In Use' for the current proposal.
## Step 2 - Filter or search for specific Resources, as needed
For each resource imported into Ensis, you can view its file name, associated tags, date added, and a checkbox indicating whether it is 'In Use' for the current proposal.
## Step 3 - Select relevant Resources
Using the checkboxes, select the Resources that best relate to your proposal, as the AI will use them for content generation during the proposal authoring process.
## Step 4 - Click "Done" to confirm your selections
Click 'Done' to finalize your resource selections and submit the proposal for processing. Ensis will then begin extracting key requirements, a process that typically takes 2 - 5 minutes. You will receive an email when processing is complete.
## Optional - Add/remove/manage tags
If needed, you can add or remove tags from Resources during this step to improve filtering in the future. To create a new tag, click 'Add Tag,' enter a name in the 'Create a tag' field, and apply it to a Resource. To use an existing tag, click 'Add Tag' and select from the available options. To remove a tag from a specific resource while keeping it available for future use for your organization, simply click the 'x' on the tag. To delete a tag from your organization’s list, click 'Add Tag,' then 'Manage Tags.'
