Check your email for an invite from one of your org's admins to create your Ensis account. Admins in your organization can invite employees from their Ensis “Settings” page. Once your account is created, go to app.ensis.ai to log in. You can also find the "Sign In" link at the top of ensis.ai.
Start by creating a new proposal in Ensis. Upload one or more "Opportunity Files"—the documents related to the request for proposal (RFP). These files are the foundation of your proposal.
Ensis will automatically extract key requirements from the opportunity files. When your new proposal finishes processing, return to it from the “My Proposals” page to review this list to ensure all requirements are captured.
After shredding, create a compliant outline. Ensis will then organize your requirements into your outline. Review and adjust this structure to ensure it aligns with your proposal strategy.
Choose the Resources that are most relevant to your proposal to guide the AI-assisted content generation process. If you need to import additional resources go to the "Resources" page to import past proposals and other relevant documents that will inform the proposal content you write with Ensis.
In the Ensis Editor, you will see the outline of sections you’ve created with key requirements sorted within. Write your own responses or leverage AI by clicking “generate with AI” to draft content that addresses the requirements. Or click the “Generate All” icon to populate all remaining, unfilled responses.
Once you have drafted responses for a section, click “Create Narrative” at the top right, click then “Generate Narrative” to use Ensis AI to produce a cohesive, compliant section that integrates your responses.
Finally, switch to Compliance View to see which key requirements have been addressed and identify any gaps that need to be filled before finalizing your proposal.
